• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Keep your login methods secure, including email access used for one-time codes and linked Google or Spotify accounts.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users or the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Reverse engineer or scrape the service except where allowed by law.
• Use the app for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. Fitness disclaimer

hardcoregym provides general fitness tools and information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have health conditions. You use the app and perform workouts at your own risk.

6. Third-party services

Optional integrations such as Google Sign-In and Spotify are provided by third parties and subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for those services.

7. Intellectual property

The hardcoregym name, branding, software, and content we provide are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, hardcoregym and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
